You send me a short questionnaire and, if you have it, one piece of school correspondence. Thirty years inside schools means I know what's realistic for them to deliver, what's genuinely missing, and where the gap between the two is likely hurting your child.
You get back a short written report. Where the real unmet need might be hiding. Where communication between you and school may be missing each other, on either side. And one clear next step, not a list of everything you should be doing.
No call, no diary juggling. Just an honest outside read on a situation you're too close to see clearly.

Everything in the Bearings Check, plus time with me directly.
Send over the EHCP, key emails, or meeting notes beforehand. Then we spend 45 to 60 minutes going through what's actually happening versus what the school has told you is happening. You leave with a plan specific to your child, not a generic checklist, and a clearer sense of what your next conversation with school needs to sound like. I will follow up with a brief written report of our discussion and agreed next steps
