How we can work together - Retained support for complex or long running cases

SEND Pathfinder £1,497 per month
For when the path is long and the stakes are getting higher.
Some situations can't be resolved in a session or two. They unfold over weeks and months, with new developments, shifting goalposts, and decisions that build on each other. The Pathfinder is for families who need a consistent, expert presence over time, not just at a single critical point, but throughout.
What your Pathfinder package can include:
-
A monthly consultation and review: a focused, legally informed session built around your child's evolving situation
-
Review or completion of up to two key documents per month: EHCPs, reports, referrals, correspondence - with expert input on content, framing, and what needs to be said
-
Email support between sessions with responses within 48 hours, Monday to Friday
-
Ongoing coaching in how to communicate effectively with schools and professionals, building your confidence and capability to hold the system to account independently
-
Executive Function skills development: practical, targeted support to help you manage the cognitive and organisational demands of advocacy
-
Continuity: I hold the full picture of everything we've worked on together. Every conversation builds on the last. You never have to start from the beginning.
Who is this for?
-
Families with ongoing SEND processes that need regular, sustained expert input
-
Parents managing complex or contested cases where the ground keeps shifting
-
Anyone who needs a reliable, expert presence rather than having to start from scratch every time something changes
