Why SEND Basecamp exists...

I'm Ellen Sizer-James, previously known to kids and families as Ms SJ.

 

I've spent thirty years in education, across primary, secondary and special settings, fourteen of them in SEND leadership. I know the workings of this system as a teacher, a SENCo, and a senior leader.

 

Now, I'm just Ellen, and families are my priority.
